"RETURNED ITEMS NO REFUND"

I returned an item on 7th August it has been received but I have received no refund, I have contacted the Milton Keynes distribution on-line shopping depot to be greeted by an extremely rude unhelpful security guard who tells me no one is in the building.

All I can say is what a shower of s***.
