I received a pr of used, faulty boots which I ordered for my son's birthday i returned them with a letter attached which I was asked to when I rang h o fraser. I was apologised to by a nice lady saying they apologised for me receiving a faulty item, i sent

Pics by e mail of the faulty product, i received them back from the warehouse, so have returned them AGAIN with the lettrer this time sellotaped to the box..
