Visited Nationwide ,Bletchley on Tuesday 27th February with a query concerning my instant access account.

The member I saw was Sam. She was extremely helpful,, professional and dealt with my problem swiftly and efficiently. She also had a lovely patient way of listening and explaining everything for me.

A new book was issued without any problems at all.

What a wonderful customer satisfaction service provided by her.
